- You are allowed to inspect the product before accepting delivery, ensuring that it matches the color, design, and fabric.
- You can also check the order with the delivery representative at the time of delivery to confirm your purchase.
🍒 Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available.
- Exchanges can be made for the same model or a different model, depending on your needs. The replacement item will be delivered within 3 to 4 days from the confirmation of the exchange.
🍒 Inspection and Fitting
- Inspection is allowed visually only. Trying on products is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.
- You are kindly requested to confirm your weight and height before finalizing the order to avoid any size issues.
🍒 Refusal of Delivery
- In case of refusal to accept delivery, the full shipping cost will be charged.
🍒 Defective Product After Delivery
- If you discover a defect in the product after the delivery representative leaves, you can exchange it for the same model or another model within 24 hours.
🍒 Returning or Exchanging Products
- In case of refusal of delivery or exchange, the item to be returned or exchanged must be handed to the delivery representative in its original, unused condition.
🍒 Imported Products
- Imported products cannot be inspected, returned, or exchanged.
